New Patients and Fees

Cost (per session):

• Initial Psychiatric Evaluation is $280.00 (75 + minutes)
• Regular Therapy Office Visits AFTER completing the Initial Evaluation (60 minutes)
  (Individuals) - $225.00
• Psychotherapy plus Medication Management is $250.00 for 60 minutes
• Medication Management Alone is $130.00 for 30 + minutes -The Initial Psychiatric Evaluation must be completed in order to receive medication management services alone
• Bariatric Pre-Surgical Evaluations $280.00
  (75 + minutes)
• Consultation Fee for one hour: $280.00
• Written reports (insurance companies, supervisors, etc.) are prorated at $280.00 an hour
• Telepsychiatry Fees: My regular rates are charged with the same regulations stipulated within this Policy.

Full Payment is expected at the time of service for the Initial Evaluation, unless previous arrangements have been made. Payment for follow-up appointments are billed at the time of booking the appointment. As a courtesy, we are happy to file with your insurance company on your behalf so that you may receive some reimbursement of funds to be paid directly to you.

Payment Acceptance: Credit Card through the Square App, cash,or a check. All patients must have an active CC on file.
